Bell of the Ball

Description

Top-down aerial drone photography of a mushroom cap jelly fish. This mushroom cap jelly fish has no stinging tentacles, but does have stinging cells within their bells, and can produce mild stings to humans. If you look closely you can see 3 tiny fish caught within the right side of the bell cap. These are considered a delicacy in Japan and are eaten raw or pickled. Juno Beach, Florida. 2024.
